These games are designed for our standard 3m x 3m VR Arena, perfect for up to 4 players at a time. We rotate players throughout the party to ensure everyone gets equal play time. For larger groups, we can set up a bigger arena and offer additional games to keep the fun going!

It depends on the VR Arena size: 3 metre * 3 metre arena can accommodate 4 players at a time, while a 5 metre * 5 metre arena can accommodate up to 6 players at a time.
No, our VR parties are for ages 8 upwards and are great for adults too.
Maximum group size is 12 for 3 metre * 3 metre arena and 18 for 5 metre * 5 metre arena. This ensures everyone gets plenty of play time.
We need a minimum space of 3m x 3m to set up our VR arena. 5m x 5m is preferable as it allows more room for movement and more games to be played.
Yes, we can set up outside as long as we can access a power socket and the area is suitable for our VR equipment. We carry a 25-metre extension lead if needed.
We need about 45 minutes to set up and another 30 minutes to pack away.
We always require there be a standby indoor space we can move to in case of bad weather. We cannot use our equipment outdoors if it is raining
Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
Yes, we can set up in a hired hall or venue as long as there is a power supply. This is actually our preferred option as it allows us to set up the biggest arena possible.
Yes, our VR parties are for ages 8 and up.
Yes, we have a wide selection of games to suit different age groups and interests.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. You can also split your payment into 3 using PayPal's 'Pay in 3' option.
We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. It's refundable up to 7 days before the party. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations are not possible within 7 days of the event, but you can move the event to another date.
Yes - our minimum booking time is 120 minutes. This ensures everyone gets plenty of play time.
Yes - you can extend your party in 30-minute blocks at £50 each.
Yes - the VR Arena is completely safe. Players can see each other in the game, our Games Master is actively supervising, and the arena is enclosed with barriers. Players are warned if they get too close to the edge.
We need access to a power supply to run our VR equipment, but we can carry a 25-metre extension lead if the power supply is a bit further away.
All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested yearly, we have full RAMS for public events and our staff are enhanced DBS certified
